Well, I was hoping for snow on Christmas, and boy did we get it! It keeps blowing around so much that you can hardly tell if it is still snowing or just shifting. Merry Christmas to all of our friends and family. We hope that you are all safe in your homes and travel on clear roads.

Snow Dog

One thing is for sure, Sammy loves the snow. I think it must the Siberian Husky in him...

Christmas

Katie is the youngest child in the family, so many of her presents are very simple. I think Robert and I enjoy watching her with her presents the most because she gets such joy from even the simplest of gifts. She is screwing on the wheel that goes on the steam engine she got.

father and daughter Christmas

Robert worked with Katie to put it together. He said she is a natural at putting things together. I love seeing their hands together in this picture. I know, I know, someone is saying, "you better enjoy it, because the time goes by fast." You are right.

Christmas Morning

This morning all the kids got up at a decent hour, 7:30am, and got dressed. I didn't even tell them what to wear, they all had their own ideas about what was supposed to be worn. The girls are so pretty in their Christmas dress. The sat together through all of the present opening, giving all of the appropriate comments.

Boys on Christmas

The boys were equally ecstatic.

Borg

Is there anything appropriate to say about this picture? All I can say is, he looks like the Borg!

Robert is trying out Justin's night vision goggles...

Daisy also had a good time chasing small pieces of plastic and wrapping paper. I tried to catch her pouncing, but I finally had to give up.

Merry Christmas! Christ the Savior is born!
